Indira's Spring Season Meditation:

Let us begin this guided meditation with an OM.

Whatever the words of this guided meditation bring to mind at every chakra contemplate on it for approximately 2 minutes.

Bringing our attention to our ROOT CHAKRA which is at the base of the spine and the feet, repeat after me:

Spring is a season for planting.

Let us plant seeds of hope.

Ascending our attention to our SACRAL CHAKRA located at our lower abdomen repeat after me:

Spring is a season to be born anew.

Let us birth a new connection to the Divine,

Ascending our attention to our SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA located at our navel area repeat after me:

Spring is a season of healing.

Let us forgive, bind up our wounds and move forward.

Ascending our attention to our HEART CHAKRA repeat after me:

Spring is a season to laugh.

Let us fill our hearts with joy,

Ascending our attention to our THROAT CHAKRA repeat after me:

Spring is a season to grow.

Let us expand our compassion and reach out to others with love.

Ascending our attention to our 3RD EYE CHAKRA located between our eyebrows repeat after me:

Spring is a season to dance.

Gently sway side to side while we say - let us allow our souls to dance.

Finally ascending our attention to our CROWN CHAKRA repeat after me:

Spring is a season to bask in the Sun and warmth.

Stretch out our hands while we say - let us receive the warmth and the light of the Sun.

Joining in with the ring of the Tibetan singing bowl let us end with a final OM.
