47. Indira's Meditation with the 8 Tibetan symbols of happiness:

The 8 Tibetan symbols of happiness are as follows: the PRECIOUS UMBRELLA, the VICTORY BANNER, the WHEEL, the TWO GOLDEN FISH, the WHITE CONCH SHELL, the LOTUS FLOWER, the ENDLESS KNOT and the BOWL OF TREASURE.

Let us begin by drawing our attention inwards and with a hand on the heart and the other hand under the abdomen take a deep breath in welcoming in the Life Energy which sustains us moment by moment and then exhale any tension that might be in your body.

Feel your body connecting to the Earth through your ROOT CHAKRA, located at the base of your spine and at the feet, the colour is red, it symbolizes survival. Here at the root chakra I have attached the Tibetan symbol of protection from harm - the PRECIOUS UMBRELLA. Now envision the precious umbrella over you protecting you from harm. Remain here and at each chakra for about a minute and a half.

Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SACRAL CHAKRA located in your lower abdomen area, the colour is orange, it symbolizes sexuality and desire. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for the proclamation of triumph over obstacles and negativity - the VICTORY BANNER. Now envision the victory banner waving triumphantly proclaiming your victory over your obstacles and negativity.

Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA, it is located in the navel area, the colour is yellow, it symbolizes ego, power and will. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for the continuous motion down a proper path of living - the WHEEL. Now envision the wheel guiding you down the proper path of living towards the Divine light.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your HEART CHAKRA, located in your chest area, the colour is green, it symbolizes love and relationships. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for fearlessness while swimming in a sea of uncertainty - the TWO GOLDEN FISH. Now envision yourself surrounded by Divine love and with the two golden fish swimming confidently in the uncertain sea of life.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your THROAT CHAKRA, the colour is blue, it symbolizes communication. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for the sound of an enlightend person sharing their knowledge - the WHITE CONCH SHELL. Now envision Divine wisdom being transmitted to you through the sound of the white conch shell being blown.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your THIRD EYE CHAKRA, located between your eyebrows, the colour is violet, it symbolizes your intuition and supernatural abilities. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for the full blossoming of wholesome deeds in blissful liberation - the LOTUS FLOWER. Now envision yourself as the lotus flower blossoming and receiving blessings from the Divine as a result of your good deeds.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your CROWN CHAKRA, here we envision a white light coming in and out of the top of our head. It symbolizes our higher consciousness joining with the universal consciousness or surrender. Here I have attached the Tibetan symbol for a metaphor for the eternal continuum of consciousness - the ENDLESS KNOT. Now envision your spirit uniting with the eternal universal consciousness, the Divine and moving together in the form of an endless knot.

The 8th Tibetan symbol is the BOWL OF TREASURE which is an icon to demonstrate the body as a container for long life, wealth and prosperity. Here envision your whole body filled with blissful moving Divine energy in the colours of the chakras.
