Let us begin by drawing our attention inwards and with a deep breath in welcome in the Life Energy which sustains us moment by moment and then exhale any tension that might be in your body.
You are so precious and wonderfully made! You have special gifts. You are awesome in body and soul. You are loved by the Creator. You are always growing and learning. You are unique. You are connected to the universal consciousness.
I will read the chant twice then say it with me aloud the third time. You may contemplate the words or keep repeating the chant.
Feel your body connecting to the Earth through your ROOT CHAKRA, it is located at the base of the spine and at the feet, the colour is red, it symbolizes survival. The chant at the Root Chakra is: I am so precious and wonderfully made! (read 2×) Repeat. Continue repeating in English or in your native tongue aloud or silently for about 2 minutes.
Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SACRAL CHAKRA located in your lower abdomen area, the colour is orange, it symbolizes sexuality and desire. The chant at the Sacral Chakra is: I have my own special gifts. (read 2×) Continue repeating in English or in your native tongue.
Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA, it is located in the navel area, the colour is yellow, it symbolizes ego, power and will. The chant at the Solar Plexus Chakra is: I am awesome in body and soul. (read 2×) Continue repeating.
Ascending the focus of your energy to your HEART CHAKRA, located in your chest area, the colour is green, it symbolizes love and relationships. The chant at the Heart Chakra is: I am loved by the Creator. (read 2×) Continue repeating.
Ascending the focus of your energy to your THROAT CHAKRA, the colour is blue, it symbolizes communication. The chant at the Throat Chakra is: I am always growing and learning. (read 2×) Repeat.
Ascending the focus of your energy to your THIRD EYE CHAKRA, located between your eyebrows, the colour is violet, it symbolizes your intuition and supernatural abilities. The chant at the 3rd Eye Chakra is: I am unique. (read 2×) Repeat.
Ascending the focus of your energy to your CROWN CHAKRA, here we envision a white light coming in and out of the top of our head. It symbolizes our higher consciousness joining with the universal consciousness or surrender. The chant at the Crown Chakra is: I am connected to the Universal Consciousness. (read 2×) Repeat.
Bring your attention back to your outer surroundings. Let us end with an Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.

Meditation Adaption for St Patrick's Mother's Day Tea.
Let us begin by drawing our attention inwards and with a deep breath in welcome in God's love which sustains us moment by moment and then exhale any tension that might be in your body.
You are so precious and wonderfully made! You have special gifts, you are awesome in body and soul! You are connected to the Creator God. Let us meditate on these things.
Begin by giving yourself a hug and then relaxing your arms. I will read allowed phrases twice and you can repeat it aloud the third time. Then silently repeat the phrase in your mind a few times until you hear the chime ring.
I am so precious to God and wonderfully made by Him. 2× 3rd repeat aloud.
God has given me my own special gifts.
God has made me awesome in body and soul.
I am loved by God the Creator.
I am always growing and learning.
God has made me unique.
I am connected to God the Source of Life.
Let us end this meditation with a Glory Be:
Glory be to the father and to the son and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end, Amen
